Executive Strategy Process Revision

Darlington Safeguarding Partnership has recently revised the Executive Strategy Process, it has included an additional step at the end of the process to obtain the learning from the Process.  This will ensure the partnership has an understanding of the patterns and themes identified through the process so that all providers can benefit from the learning and prevent similar situations arising.
